WESTMINSTER STADIUM, Salt Lake. Nov. 3, 2007—Justin Braun rose high in the air to head in a fine cross from Louis Staley at the 44th minute and Olympique Montreux held on to defeat a fine Diablos team 1-0 to claim its third straight Utah Premiership championship. 

Diablos displayed their stylish one touch game in the first half and caused a lot of problems for the Olympians’ defense although Mike ROGERS and his colleagues did not allow their crafty opponents to really threaten keeper Martin MARTINEZ. 

The Olympians started with three forwards on top in a 3-3-4 attacking formation looking for early goals. However, the forwards were not on all cylinders.

Leading scorer David CHEVEZ scored a double. Jake CAVANAUGH, Todd MILLER, Jimmy CUADROS and Ricardo MARTINEZ each added one goal to secure first place for the Olympians.
